Our client, a leading retailer, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team in Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with over 50 stores nationwide and continued expansion plans.If you have previous management experience in fashion, footwear, or sports retail and are looking for your next career move, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales and KPI performance daily.
• Use commercial awareness to drive store sales and productivity.
• Analyse commercial reports to ensure the store is optimally set up for success.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5-10+ employees.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong Mercchandising experience.
