Strategic Account Technology Specialist

We are hiring a Strategic Account Technology Strategist to support our Account Team in achieving year-over-year technology, business, consumption, and revenue growth for one of our Strategic 500 Global Accounts.We are looking for someone who demonstrates a deep understanding of the future of mobility, knowledge of the markets in which our customer operates, and Microsoft’s capability to drive their digital transformation. You may have a track record in our customers’ industries or have worked closely with them. You should feel comfortable operating at the CIO, CTO, and CDO levels, as well as on operational levels. This role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management, and a principled approach, along with the ability to challenge digital transformation opportunities.As a trusted advisor, you will provide thought leadership in IT and business strategy, guiding our clients and the virtual team through their digital journeys. You will collaborate with global teams to gather information, identify potential risks, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes. By partnering with account executives and technical teams, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and security, to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to internal teams and ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving needs.
