About the roleAs Business & Strategy Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to support the growth and development of the company through analysis, internal follow-up, launching and driving new initiatives and hands-on project work. This is a role for someone early in their career – typically with 1–3 years of experience – who wants to accelerate their learning, build broad business understanding, and contribute to strategic and operational progress in a fast-paced environment.You’ll support the CEO in market and business analysis, preparing decision material, driving internal initiatives, engaging with customers, and following up on key priorities across the organization. The role is designed to give you a wide exposure to business, technology, and commercial topics – with a mix of structure and entrepreneurship. You’ll collaborate across functions, help increase traction throughout the organisation and play a part in unlocking new opportunities.The role includes travel in Sweden and abroad and offers a unique opportunity to build your network, develop business insight, and grow into future leadership or specialist roles within the company. You’ll be part of a strategically important business with strong momentum – and your contributions will have real impact from day one.Primary responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and synthesize internal and external data to support strategy, decision-making, identify growth levers, business intelligence and spot new opportunities.

• Take the lead on launching new internal projects, pilots, or business initiatives – from idea to execution and follow-up.

• Support customer meetings, prepare tailored material, and contribute to sharpening the company’s commercial positioning.

• Ensure internal initiatives, KPIs, and strategic goals are followed up and delivered on – keeping momentum and accountability.

• Conduct ongoing research on trends, competitors, and adjacent markets to support strategic and tactical decisions.

• Prepare presentations, structure communication, and assist in setting and maintaining strategic priorities.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships that can support growing the company.

• Be an internal catalyst to accelerate and drive initiatives from the CEO Office out in the organisation.

• Ad-hoc Strategic Tasks: Undertake various strategic tasks as directed by the CEO, providing flexible support across a range of initiatives.

Experience/Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience from management consulting, business development, investment banking, or analytical roles in high-paced environments.

• A strong academic background, preferably in business, engineering, or related fields.

• Strong in analysis and structure – you know how to turn data and ideas into clear, actionable insights.

• Entrepreneurial by nature – you take initiative, act fast, and are excited by building things from scratch.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by responsibility early on.

• Clear and concise communicator, and confident in writing and presentation.

• Swedish citizen is a requirement and fluent in English.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools or CRM systems is a plus.
