Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts strategic partnerships and major projects?We’re growing and we’re looking for a Strategic Professional Services Engineer to join our Software Tools team at Giacom. As a key member of our Strategic Operations team, you’ll be the technical lead on high-impact projects, supporting our largest and most valuable partners.What you’ll be doing

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers and acquisitions
• Configure and optimise bespoke billing systems (aBILLity and Affinity)
• Manage complex data migrations, including cleansing and de-duplication
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Billing Specialists to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide expert-level support and training to strategic clients
• Continuously improve our tools and processes to enhance customer experience

Your experience

• Solid experience with SQL and data analysis
• Proven background in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in data migration within billing and / or complex systems
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
