If so, this is a unique opportunity to join Telenor in a high-impact role with broad visibility across the organization.The Infrastructure Growth division is responsible for building the future of Telenor’s infrastructure through large-scale investments in fiber, mobile networks, and related areas. To strengthen our strategic capacity and drive long-term value creation, we are now hiring a Strategy & Business Development Director.About the RoleAs Strategy & Business Development Director, you will serve as a key strategic advisor and lead both critical initiatives that shape the division’s and Telenor Norway’s future. You will be responsible for developing and aligning the division’s strategy with Telenor Norway’s overall ambitions, coordinating with strategic stakeholders across the business, and driving high-impact cross-functional projects.A central part of the role will also be to lead M&A activities within the infrastructure domain – from early evaluation through execution and integration – in close collaboration with Group M&A and other relevant teams such as Telenor Fiber and Infrastructure Growth’s investment unit.This is a high-exposure role with significant impact, working closely with senior executives across Telenor Norway.What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the Infrastructure Growth division

• Act as the strategy point-of-contact between Infrastructure Growth and other divisions in Telenor Norway
• Lead complex and critical projects with high visibility across the company
• Support the head of Strategy & Business development unit in executive communications, strategy presentations, and internal engagement
• Drive M&A opportunities end-to-end in collaboration with Group M&A and the investment team
• Prepare business cases, perform due diligence, and contribute to integration planning for acquisitions

Who are we looking for?We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn big ideas into real impact. You have a strong background in business, finance, or engineering, and thrive in strategic environments. With a proven ability to lead large projects and collaborate with top executives, you combine sharp analysis with creative problem-solving. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in a Nordic language is highly valued. If you bring M&A experience, a telecom or infrastructure background, or financial modeling skills, that’s a big plus.As a person we believe you are:
