Are you ready to help contribute to the future for wind energy?About the PositionAt Polytech, we develop advanced solutions that improve performance andprotect wind turbines. We’re now looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team and help ensure the structural integrity of our innovative products.In this role, you’ll apply your engineering expertise to analyse, model, and validate the structural performance of our components and systems. You’ll work on exciting product and technology projects, supporting both internal development and customer-specific solutions. From finite element analysis to lifetime prediction models, your work will be key to de-risking our products and ensuring long-term reliability.This position is ideal for newly graduated engineers eager to grow in a high-tech, collaborative environment. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply and bring their structural insight to the table from day one.Key Responsibilities and TasksAs our new Structural Engineer, you will:

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) on components and interfaces
• Conduct static and dynamic calculations to assess structural behaviour
• Develop lifetime prediction models for products in real-world conditions
• Contribute to DFMEA, lowering design risks and define control parameters for the manufacturing and installation of our products.
• Support the development of tests at the material, subcomponent, and full-scale levels.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Sales teams
• Specify structural requirements for new product designs

Your BackgroundWe’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a BSc or MSc in Structural, Civil, Composite, or Mechanical Engineering
• Has experience in:

• Static and dynamic structural analysis
• Plastic and metallic materials
• FEA tools such as Ansys
• Statistics and Six Sigma
• Technical project management
• Is a quick learner with a passion for solving complex problems
• Communicates clearly in English and thrives in a global, cross-functional team
