You will assist in planning and executing campaigns and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in Swedish retail stores, understand channel brand performance, and maintain communication with the field.The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. An interest in marketing and retail operations is essential, and knowledge of the Swedish market is a plus.You will be given responsibility for your own tasks and projects from the beginning, allowing you to learn, grow and develop your career.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?You will have direct impact on the Swedish business through ensuring our projects are deployed smoothly and providing our team with the tools and support they need on a day to day basis.Reports toActivation Deployment ManagerNumber of Direct ReportsN/ACore RelationshipsInternal – Retail Campaign TeamExternal – N/AGeographic ScopeLocalTravel RequiredN/AACCOUNTABILITIES

• Campaign + POSM: Assist in the planning, execution and deployment of campaigns and Point of Sale Materials in Swedish retail stores
• Channel Brand Performance: Gain a better understanding of what is working where and maintain close communication with representatives

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEESSENTIALExperience Required

• Are you currently completing or recently completed a bachelor degree in marketing or economics
• Do you have a desire to constantly evolve and learn?
• Do you have a positive and proactive approach?

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• You are structured and with strong communication skills
• You thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
• Have an ability to work independently and drive own projects and tasks
• Have advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

QUALIFYING QUESTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

• Are you on the last year of your bachelor or first year of your masters degree?
• Are you good at working with Excel and PowerPoint?
• Do you have strong communication skills and love to learn new things?
