We have an exciting opportunity for you at Arla Foods. We are seeking someone with a true talent for organizing to support our HR and execute personal assistant tasks for our International HR Director.You will report directly to the International HR Director at Arla and collaborate with HR leaders across global business units. We envision that you at least in the second year of your Bachelor studies in an HR-related field. You are service-minded, driven to make an impact, and excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role is based in the new Arla Copenhagen offices in Carlsberg Byen.How will you make an impact?

• Coordinating stakeholder meetings, scheduling trainings, organizing trips and preparing documentation, etc.
• Analysis and preparation of HR data as inputs to the annual HR reporting cycle
• Assist in the development of HR Presentations and communications
• Drive and curate HR communications, building Vivia Engage communities and newsletters
• Participate in HR team meetings and managing teams plans and activities in MS Planner.
• Support the recruitment and assessment processes
• Support the delivery of learning & development activities/workshops & other initiatives
• Ad hoc administrative tasks in relation to the HR annual activity cycle

• You have strong analytical skills, high business focus, great communication skills and you are an outgoing person, always ready to collaborate and build a strong network inside and outside the organization
• You are the organizer who has a meticulous and structured approach to your work; however, you never settle with yesterday’s plan if you get the good idea on how to make the result even better
• You focus on delivering quality in your work, have an eye for details and deadlines, and take pride in delivering excellent service
• You have good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are digitally curious and not shy away from new technologies, some experience with SharePoint is an advantage
• You must hold a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
