We are looking for a Student Assistants to the e-com team working with driving e-commerce sales through our retail and pureplay customers.As a Student Assistant you will be part of our e-com Sales team where you work together with a team of skilled and passionate e-com colleagues. Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Promo administration & analysis: This role involves managing campaigns and promotions within Arla’s internal campaign system, ensuring visibility of the promos with our online customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for follow-up, optimization, and analysis. Your daily tasks will include close collaboration with Arla’s E-commerce Key Ac-count Manager.
  • B2B e-com development: Assist in developing, testing and optimizing promotions and product recommendations using our recommendation engine to drive sales on our web portal for Arla’s B2B customers.
  • B2C e-com operations: Assist in managing and developing Arla’s B2C web shop, including online merchandising tasks such as campaign- and content management.

You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which we promise will challenge you on a daily basis as well as be highly relevant for your future studies. We try to create long-term relationships with our student assistants. In fact, many of our student assistants stay on for intern-ships or permanent positions. As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development. This is a fixed-term position, starting in August 2025.How you will make an impactWe are looking for a Ecommerce Student assistant to join us at Arla Foods Sweden. For a Stu-dent Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your education and we sign contracts per semester.You will take on a broad role – It can be anything from handling communication/digital campaigns and campaign analysis,. Working across various internal functions as well as external partners, you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry. As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are de-signed for you and your development.What will make you successfulWe expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Marketing, In-novation, Business, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to explore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role a unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from Global to Local. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile.Furthermore, it is essential that you have:

  • Business mindset and entrepreneurship
  • Analytical skills and data driven
  • Teamwork and relationship management
  • A learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
  • Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
  • The ability to work at our office in Solna (working remotely is possible, but not only remote)
  • High proficiency in English, and ideally also understand Swedish
