• Strong analytical approach.
• Strong experience using Excel.
• Experience or high interest in SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience or high interest with visualization tools – knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Experience on Google/Adobe analytics is a plus.

Play your part in our team succeeding on the Global marketing performance ambition.The Global Marketing Performance Team helps drive continuous improvement and optimization of The LEGO Group’s marketing efforts through relevant and actionable data-driven insight.Your role within the team will to be to support across our key initiatives:

• Marketing Mix Modeling
• Campaign Effectiveness

Do you have what it takes?It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further you:

• Are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Have a analytical and quantitative mindset with ability to identify critical insights from analysis and distil complex information into easy-to-understand reporting and output.
• Are able to work in agile and fast paced, multiple project environment.
• Have experience in relevant data analytics, reporting and presentation tools e.g. Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
• Have knowledge of marketing data, analytics, in-flight campaign optimization and measurement across marketing channels.
• Are comfortable working in a team setting and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Have passion for data-driven marketing and analytics with desire to understand latest trends and innovation.
• Have experience in Tableau/PowerBi/similar data visualization software.
• Have experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
