Then we would love to have you join us!The RoleAs a Student Worker in the Clinical Strategy Team you will assist the team members with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You will join our team of currently two student workers and in addition to various coordination assignments you will work as backbone for securing correct filing of relevant Trial documentation in terms of readiness for inspection and audits. Hence, structure, detail focus, and coordination skills are key to succeed in this role. From your current studies you have a good understanding of Genmab’s areas of business, and you are eager to learn and grown your competences further through this student role.ResponsibilitiesAlong with your fellow student workers you will be responsible for:
- Organizing travel and hotel booking for team colleagues.
- Handling travel expenses in workday for team colleagues.
- Filing documents in eTMF for team colleagues.
- Obtaining scientific articles upon request from team colleagues.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- You are studying molecular biomedicine/medicine/pharmacy or similar and have at least 2-3 years left of your education.
- You can work at least 7-10 hours per week spread out over several days (minimum 3 days).
- As a person you are structured, detail oriented with strong coordination skills.
- You have a flair for becoming familiar with different IT systems such as excel, Teams and various databases.
- You are dedicated to the detail and a team player.
- You can work independently and have a proactive mindset.
- You have good oral and written Danish and English communication skills.
- Previous experience from a similar job is an advantage.
