Play your part in our team succeedingThe Global Commercial Development (GCD) department is essential to our B2B Market Groups and the D2C LEGO Retail business unit. Our primary objective is to optimize commercial momentum, support group-wide strategies, and enhance commercial insights and capabilities for brand activation and go to market. With our headquarters in Denmark and four regional hubs worldwide, we are advancing our digital agenda to create a seamless customer experience and strengthen the protection and promotion of the LEGO brand both online and in stores.The role of the student worker is integral to the success of our Product Management team and the broader organization. You will assist in supporting the product vision and strategy for sales operations, B2B e-commerce, and sales performance analytics, contributing to the success across our product teams. By engaging with stakeholders and collaborating closely with the product team, you will conduct user and customer research, analyze performance metrics, and participate in user testing. Your contributions will enhance documentation, support backlog management, and facilitate cross-functional communication, enabling us to identify new opportunities, improve efficiencies, and ensure data-driven insights effectively guide our priorities.By engaging with stakeholders and collaborating closely with the product team, you will conduct user and customer research, analyze performance metrics, and participate in user testing.
