• ​Provide operational support for our AI-enabled data platform as part of our Digital Services team.
• Analyze data to find new maintenance opportunities for Metso equipment.
• Find ways to improve data quality.
• Help our technical support, sales, and field service teams to take full advantage of the platform.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or Customer Experience (CX).
• Working knowledge in data analysis methods and tools are seen as an advantage.
• Service mindset with strong getting things done attitude.
• Curiosity to go beyond the numbers and understand how data can help to solve real-world problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English. Finnish and other language skills are an advantage.
