• Collaborate with colleagues in supply chain management.
• Execute Purchase Orders within the global vendor base.
• Provide operational support to internal stakeholders.
• Conflict resolution with supply base to accommodate customer requirements.
• Expediting to maintain on time delivery.
• Reporting and assistance to Sr. Global Vendor Purchaser as needed.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Process Technology, Metallurgy, Metals Processing, Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Process), Automation, IT, Industrial Engineering and Management, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Data Management, Legal, Finance, etc.
• A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge in SAP, Basware, PowerBI, Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, 3D-modeling, CAD design tools (Microstation/Autocad, SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, ENOVIA), SQL, Python, Azure, Salesforce, MS Dynamics is seen as an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English.
