In this job you will be a Supervisor with responsibility of about 40 employees within the production.Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to achieve annual factory targets in area of responsibility by coaching, guiding and improving personnel and processes.In this position you will be a part of continuously improve productivity, work safety and competence of production personnel and working environment in order to achieve world class level in our production.These are the main accountabilities for this position
- Overall responsibility of production of our products, securing the development of your staff and secure continuous skill improvement
- Secure Health and Safety of personnel and good work environment in the operations area
- Responsible for keeping the instructions up-to-date for production personnel
- Lead your team to achieve the set production targets
- To foster a problem solving culture
- Maintain and develop the factory’s CI (continuous improvement) in the operation area
- Continuous and profitable development of methods and equipment in the operations area
- Implement the production planning plan for your own area
What you’ll need
- Bachelors’ degree in the technical field, or similar
- Experience in the manufacturing/supply chain area
- Knowledge of Lean Production is seen as an advantage
- Managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
- Continuous Improvement (CI) knowledge and mindset
- Great people skills with a coaching mindset
- Working language is Finnish, but in some situations English is needed
