Within the past years Nippon Express has been on a continuous growth path in Belgium and we are looking for new talents to join our mission.The Supervisor Reporting and Control is responsible for the timely and accurate financial reporting, which is the baseline activity of F&A. By reporting, Nippon Express can focus on financial improvements.

  • Various F&A KPI controls and Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual internal and regulatory reporting and its control, supporting F&A Manager’s target.
  • General Expense Booking, including salary and HR related requisitions, with company-specific cost centre allocation rules.
  • Overview and follow-up of daily bank booking completion.
  • A further Management accounting establishment.

Requirements

  • Accounting ERP experience and good data management skills.
  • Experience in the creation of financial/management accounting reports.
  • Accounting / Finance / Audit academic background.
  • Overall understanding of balance sheet structure in order to take up a controlling role.
  • IT literacy (Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau). If you do not have experience, you must be comfortable to learn a new tool and functionality.
  • Team player and “can do” mindset.
  • Time management skills.
  • Flexible to adjust to the changing environment.
  • Data management skills.
  • English is a must. Dutch is a strong asset. Any other language is an asset.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Co-operative mindset.
