Job Title: Export Supply Chain ExecutiveThe Skills You’ll Need: Exports, Administration, Customer Service, Orders, Supply ChainYour New Salary: £25-29kOffice based: North London, Mon-Thur in office, Friday WFHStatus: PermanentStart: ASAPWorking hours: 9-5.15pm Monday – FridayWho You’ll be working for: A wine distributor located in North London is looking for a switched on and organised Export Supply Chain Executive to join their growing team.Export Supply Chain Executive – What You’ll be Doing:

• Servicing UK and export orders
• Liaising with freight forwarders and generating export paperwork.
• Managing customer queries on a daily basis.
• Entering orders onto system accurately and emailing to warehouse / supplier where required.
• Checking accurate delivery of orders and invoicing them accordingly.
• Answering customer queries via e-mail and phone calls.
• Sending samples using a selection of courier services.
• Various ad-hoc administrative duties.

Export Supply Chain Executive – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong administration skills.
• Have customer service experience – communicating by email and the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Having supply chain and logistics experience or understanding
• To have experience using Microsoft – Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong plus
