We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Tampere Plant!Who we are

You are responsible for leading all supply chain activities and a small team of dedicated professionals at Ahlstrom Tampere Plant. In a nutshell, you will:
Enable Plant SCM performance
Lead the team and enable personal growth
Co-operate with international sales team to drive Plant volumes
Support product implementation processMain responsibilities include
Production Planning
Oversee & support Plant production planning process
Optimize & develop our current process, tools and way of working
Ensure the availability according to customer needs
Logistics-Sourcing
Manage Plant logistic services & suppliers (sea-, road- and air-freight)
Support inhouse warehousing and the team
Support Plant sourcing
Manage deviations and handling of complaints to suppliers
Leadership
Member of Plant Management team, support Plant Management in your area of expertise

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive leader with proven track record in SCM within international organizations. We value accountability and expect you to share this value. You have a positive can do attitude and ownership mindset in everything you do. Datadriven approach in decision making and some knowledge from Lean philosophy gives you a great advantage to succeed in our line of business.To be successful in this role, you must have:
Experience from SCM
Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
English and Finnish both written and spoken are required
