- Day-to-day operational control & steering of FG supply (e.g., exception management) from plant/buyout suppliers/RDC to regional/local distribution centers, incl. container tracking.
- Take actions in case of supply issues (e.g., transportation delay) in collaboration with physical distribution.
- Identify bottleneck situation and evaluate the size of bottleneck to define the required actions to have it solved
- Collaboration with internal and external suppliers to increase transparency within the supply chain, esp. related to bottleneck situations, incl. gathering and maintenance of ATP information.
- Implement and communicate allocations in RDCs according to agreements with each BU.
- Intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning, good knowledge in SAP ERP and Supply Chain Planning systems
- Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English, good communication and collaboration skills
- Problem solving mindset and analytical skills.
- Ready to work in an international environment
