Supply Chain drives Safety, Quality, Environment and Sustainability across KONE.We are currently looking for Supply Manager.Supply Manager acts as Project Manager for delivery projects in supply chain. Supply Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities of designated delivery projects and solutions to ensure that the project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget and fulfilling quality requirements.This role will report to the Supply Success Manager, New Building Solutions, within the Area Supply Chain Europe.The key responsibilities:
- Successfully manage delivery projects to complete them safely, on time and within budget
- Follow up project budget and report project financials to management
- Coordinate orderbound engineering
- Manage project design quality planning, sourcing planning and logistics planning
- Delivery project scheduling
- Resource planning for the supply project and leading the multifunctional supply project teams
- Effective collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
- Composing, collecting and distributing necessary technical information
- Identifying and facilitating project-related change management activities
The requirements for the candidate:
- M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering/Business or equivalent working experience
- Prior experience and proven track record of successfully managing delivery projects
- Strong project management skills and capability to manage cross-functional delivery projects
- Strong customer service mindset and demonstrated openness to test and prototype new ideas, with can-do attitude
- Effective collaboration, drive and persistence, communication and influencing skills with all relevant stakeholders
- Determination and drive to overcome obstacles and problems
- Elevator delivery process and product offering knowledge and expertise is considered as an asset
