Supply Chain drives Safety, Quality, Environment and Sustainability across KONE.We are currently looking for a Supply Manager for New Building Solutions within the Area Supply Chain Europe.Supply Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities of designated supply projects and solutions to ensure that the overall Front Line project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget using approved KONE methodologies and tools.This role will report to the Supply Success Manager, New Building Solutions.The key responsibilities:

• To successfully manage supply projects to complete them safely, on time and within budget

• In charge of receiving the elevator/equipment/component orders from front line and booking the order into the supply chain order book

• Verify the received order information, steering order bound engineering and confirm the order to front line

• Manage project design quality planning, sourcing planning and logistics planning

• Supply chain scheduling across KONE

• Supply project variation and scope management

• Receiving and processing clarification requests from front line, involving internal and external interest groups if necessary

• Effective collaboration and communication with and between all stakeholders

• Composing, collecting and distributing necessary technical information to front line

• Informing front line about any deviations in delivery operations

• Providing support for supply chain claims

• Confirming material delivery times and transfer prices to front line

• Identifying and facilitating project-related change management activities

• Participate in front line related meetings when supply chain representation is needed

• Participate in full chain start-up, closing and steering meetings in the supply area when necessary

The requirements for the candidate:

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Business/Engineering or equivalent working experience

• Prior experience and proven track record of successfully managing supply projects

• Elevator delivery process and product offering knowledge and expertise is considered as an asset

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong customer service mindset and demonstrated openness to test and prototype new ideas, with can-do attitude

• Effective collaboration, drive and persistence, communication and influencing skills with all relevant stakeholders

• Strong project management skills and capability manage cross-functionally supply projects in a matrix environment in supply chain
