We are looking for a Supply Specialist to join our clients KONE in their Marine organization’s supply team at Hyvinkää!Is this position you will independently lead supply management for various projects and support supply managers as a member of project team in larger projects. As a Supply Specialist you plan, direct and coordinate the activities of designated delivery projects and solutions to ensure that the project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, while also fulfilling quality requirements. You will be working in a truly global environment, with stakeholders located all around the world.The contract of employment will be made with Adecco. The assignment starts quickly and lasts at least until the end of this year as a fixed-term agreement. After that, continuation of the agreement might be possible too! This is position located in Hyvinkää, where you will be working 3-5 days per week, as some remote work is possible too.Your main tasks will include:
– Successfully manage delivery projects to complete them safely, on time and within budget
– Follow up project budget and report project financials to management
– Coordinate orderbound engineering
– Manage project design quality planning, sourcing planning and logistics planning
– Delivery project scheduling
– Effective collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
– Composing, collecting and distributing necessary technical information
– Identifying and facilitating project-related change management activitiesTo be successful in this role, you should have:
– M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering/Business or equivalent working experience
– Strong customer service mindset and demonstrated openness to test and prototype new ideas, with can-do attitude
– Effective collaboration, drive and persistence, communication and influencing skills with all relevant stakeholders
– Determination and drive to overcome obstacles and problems
– Prior experience of successfully managing (delivery) projectsWe also appreciate previous experience of using SAP and good MS Office tools skills, in addition to excellent communication skills in English, other language skills are a plus.
