Learn more about IN Groupe, is looking to strengthen the IN Groupe team with a talented Support Engineer to join our new office in Virum. Following our acquisition of a well-known company in Copenhagen, we are excited to integrate its capabilities and continue enhancing Denmark’s essential digital identity platform infrastructure, MitID. This platform ensures secure access (eID) to both public and private services across the country.You’ll be joining an office of around 200 people in a collaborative team environment. This role is primarily on-site, with the potential flexibility to work from home occasionally once we expand our IT team. You’ll be responsible for providing on-site support in Copenhagen and will also assist colleagues in Aarhus and Oslo as needed.We’re on an IT maturation journey, requiring close collaboration with our head office. Additionally, with multiple systems operating under a TSA, there will be exciting migration and consolidation projects to tackle in the coming years.If you thrive in tech and international environments, this might be the right opportunity for you. What you’ll doAs a Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to manage our service desk, addressing user tickets and phone inquiries promptly. Additionally, you’ll maintain up-to-date service desk instructions and documentation.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
