If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.The Sustainability Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the ISS client contracts by driving forward their Sustainability and Social Value agendas.Job DescriptionActing as a key point of contact, you will deliver client-facing reporting on critical environmental performance indicators such as energy consumption and waste management, ensuring transparency and accountability in sustainability progress.With a strong focus on partnership, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice on sustainability matters, helping teams across the contracts meet both ISS and client environmental objectives.This is a UK-wide role with a base at the London HQ, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale across high-profile government contracts.Key Responsibilities

• Experience in sustainability reporting and compliance, ideally with high-profile clients
• Eligible for or able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
• Skilled in data analysis and programme management
• Proven ability to deliver through others
• Professional membership (e.g. Graduate IEMA) preferred
• Degree in an environmental discipline with relevant qualifications

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Lead and manage delivery of the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Action Plans across the account.
• Guide Operations Managers in developing and executing site-level sustainability improvements.
• Act as programme lead for the client’s GGC (Greening Government Commitments) quarterly reporting, in collaboration with the Data Analyst.
• Support benchmarking of energy and waste performance using available data and ISS resources.
• Lead quarterly energy and waste performance reporting processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual sustainability requirements, including annual deliverables review.
• Establish and oversee procedures for additional sustainability-related works within the contract.
