At Abrivia we are currently working with a company looking for a Sustainability Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving meaningful change. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the successful candidate will manage key sustainability reporting requirements and contribute to the broader sustainability strategy.Core Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the CSRD project, ensuring compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and delivering project milestones.
- Analyse data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support sustainability improvements.
- Prepare detailed sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong relationships and support regulatory reporting processes.
- Address gaps in compliance and integrate solutions into the project road-map.
- Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive sustainability strategy, focusing on responsible and sustainable business practices.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in project management, with strong skills in data analysis and regulatory compliance interpretation.
- Accounting qualification preferred, with familiarity in CSRD and ESG standards.
- Relevant experience in financial reporting and data validation processes.
- Knowledge of sustainability concepts and experience in implementing sustainability reporting programs.
- Ability to lead projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive change effectively.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
