Do you want to help integrate sustainability into the core of Swedbank’s business? We are looking for a Transformation Manager to join Swedbank’s Group Sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how Swedbank puts its sustainability ambitions into action – by driving integration into core business processes and decisions.In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Play a key role in enabling Swedbank’s sustainable finance transformation

• Support the development and coordination of the Group’s sustainability transformation plan

• Facilitate the translation of Group priorities into concrete transformation initiatives that delivers business and customer value

• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and transformation milestones to ensure accountability and transparent follow-up

• Collaborate with Business Areas to integrate sustainability into planning, portfolios, and investment decisions

• Work cross-functionally with teams such as GPA, GC&T, and Group Finance to enable scalable digital and data-driven solutions

• Prepare updates and materials for leadership forums including the Sustainability Committee and Group Executive Committee

What is needed in this role:

• Master’s degree in business, economics, sustainability, engineering or a related field

• 5-10 years of experience in banking, financial services, transformation, strategy, or sustainable finance-related roles

• Strong understanding and knowledge of sustainable finance market developments, ESG trends, and their relevance to business value and risk.

• Track record in leading cross-functional programs or complex change initiatives. Familiarity with agile or portfolio management is a merit.

• Business acumen, system thinking with structured problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, collaborative mindset and influence without formal authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

• Good command in English and preferably Swedish.
