  • Work from a nice office in Larnaca – remote work is only possible if you already live in Cyprus, but then the starting package and benefits are not included. Remote work still requires training at the office and every now and then to work one day at the

office.The jobAs a customer support agent for this client your responsibilities include answering phone calls from customers. Your first tasks will be handling taxi booking. People usually call to book a taxi, but sometimes also to ask where their taxi is or
to give feedback. The customers are old or sick people with some health issues. The calls are short, 1-3 minutes, and on busy days you can expect around 150 phone calls/day. Evenings and weekends are more quiet, and you can expect around 70-90 calls/day. After 2-3 months you will be taught new projects, such as other taxi services, lost and found, and maintenance.Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your qualifications💭 You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
