- Provide professional support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device configurations.
- Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices, offering tailored solutions based on individual needs.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements
