• Provide professional support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device configurations.
• Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices, offering tailored solutions based on individual needs.
• Document all support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure all concerns are resolved and confirm satisfaction with the provided support.
• Remain informed about the latest trends in mobile technology to enhance your support capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in mobile support or technical support is desirable.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, specifically concerning mobile devices.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on effective communication with a diverse clientele.
