Provide exceptional support to clients in Swedish and other languages via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Address customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and tracking.
Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Contribute suggestions for improving service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and at least one additional language (English, Finnish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
