Join a growing startup building an intelligent LEGO sorting system — combining hardware, machine learning, and web technology into one seamless customer experience.System Analyst / Technical Analyst (f/m/d)📍 Location: Vienna, on-site onlyYour Role:

• Deep-dive into how the LEGO sorting machine works – from the mechanical setup to the logic behind it
• Gather and structure new feature requirements from both business and technical stakeholders
• Write clear technical documentation and business-facing guides for the delivery manager and development team
• Maintain and organize system documentation in Confluence: architecture, components, process flows, interactions
• Create Jira tickets: define goals, conditions, and acceptance criteria (technical breakdown is done by developers)
• Keep track of system interfaces and data flows (e.g., API interactions – not implementation)
• Join sprint planning, release preparation, and technical discussions with the team

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Technical Analyst
• Strong ability to understand and structure complex technical systems
• Confident documenting technical requirements, workflows, and system behaviors
• Solid understanding of:

• Microcontrollers, CAN bus, and HTTP APIs
• Web system architecture (Laravel, React, MySQL)

• You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy clarifying gaps that others might overlook
• You don’t need to write code – but you understand enough to challenge and support those who do
• Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory – you’ll collaborate daily with international team members
• Russian or Ukrainian is a plus, but not required
• German is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, Qt, or computer vision projects
• Background in embedded systems, industrial automation, or hardware-software integration
• Startup mindset and/or experience in prototyping environments

• You’ll work closely with the founder (a senior developer and system architect with deep technical roots)
• 25+ team members across several countries
• The environment is hands-on, iterative, and highly technical — you’ll be at the center of turning ideas into structured specs
