The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in compute, storage, and backup technologies and a passion for continuous learning and development. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of five professionalsTechnical Leadership:

• Oversee and manage compute, storage, and backup environments.
• Act as a technical expert for server and storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Team Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of five IT professionals.
• Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery of operational and project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Project Management:

• Manage and execute technical projects related to system and storage technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Operational Management:

• Ensure rigorous management of tickets, tasks, and incident resolution.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in on-call duties as part of the team’s rotational guard role.

Your profile :Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of server environments, particularly:

• ESX servers (Cisco, Dell, Oracle, HP).
• VMware (experience with additional virtualization solutions is a plus).

Advanced understanding of storage systems:

• NetApp, Dell PowerStore, Dell Data Domain, Dell Unity.

Proficiency in backup solutions:

• CommVault.

Soft Skills:

• Strong team spirit and communication abilities.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
• High level of autonomy and motivation.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing technical projects.
