Make it your story.This position reports toHead of Transactional OperationsYour role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a System Development Manager, ABB Oy, Motion Services, in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team in the development, implementation and execution in their own area of responsibility including configurators, sales tools and SAP. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities. Main stakeholders are Service Supply Unit (SSU) Finland Drives operations teams, SSU Finland Drives organization and Motion Services Division. The work model for the role is: hybrid #Li-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading a team of system development specialists and ensuring their wellbeing and development • Leading ERP community and co-leading Process and IS management forum • Driving cross team collaboration with different stakeholders in versatile organizations within ABB • Navigating the team through multiple major system projects including S/4HANA and Windchill • Executing sustainable development and maintenance of systems through comprehensive stakeholder management • Risk management in systems development • Defining metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented technologies driving continuous improvement and customer focus • Developing analytics methods to generate insights and drive decision making in systems development You will join a talented and dedicated team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role
- Being highly skilled in SAP is essential
- It is essential that you possess a few years of experience in leading systems development teams, or you have proven record of leading team of experts
- Possessing an enhanced business process knowledge like order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report specifically in service business is relevant
- M.Sc. degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering/technology or business)
- Strong understanding of IS architecture in global business environment is relevant
- Good collaboration and communication skills and ability to prioritize own work is essential
- You are at ease communicating in English, written and spoken. Finnish skills seen as a plus
- Experience in S/4HANA is a benefit
