To support these two core IBM missions, the Infrastructure portfolio – IBM Z and LinuxONE, Power, Storage, Cloud, and Technology Lifecycle Services – delivers trusted, flexible, and resilient hybrid cloud infrastructure.IBM Technology Lifecycle Services offers infrastructure support and services for IBM Infrastructure products and leading third-party systems, software, and enterprise networking.We are now looking for persons to work as a hardware Field Engineer, IBM Technical Lifecycle Services title is a Systems Service Representative (SSR).As a SSR you will perform on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and other Brand IT-products. SSR’s are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. They advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair client’s IT operation. They may also perform services activities such as installation planning, discontinuance and relocation of IT-systems and products.Communication skills are critical – both with customers and colleagues. You will answer our clients’ and technicians’ questions, provide support on defect/breakfix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests.Work is mainly located in Helsinki area.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• some technical education/skills (for example ICT-Engineer)
