The organization owns the full value chain; hence we are present in all equipment decisions from scoping, design to execution of installation projects. A special effort is put on safety and securing high uptime of the equipment throughout its lifetime. This is done through an integrated feedback loop, linking the use of equipment to preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs and further back to the integrated design process for next generations of equipment to come.How to contribute to our visionThe Equipment Engineering Department comprises over 100+ engineers and designers dedicated to developing the next generation of transport, storage, and lifting equipment for wind turbine installation in Offshore Wind Projects. In your role as our new Solution Owner for tagline systems used during turbine installations, you will:

• Take the role as Solution Owner of tagline systems within offshore Equipment Engineering
• Lead and supervise development projects of new tagline systems and updates of existing tagline systems
• Connect to end users and ensure learning are brought back. Visit installation sites and board vessels
• Analyze performance and identify improvements in existing tagline systems
• Participate in knowledge building within Equipment Engineering on tagline systems
• Ensure knowledge absorption of new technologies into the design process
• Definition specification on tagline system

What you need to make a differenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of change. We are also looking for a Solution Owner who:

• Hold an Engineering degree (Machinist, Mechanical or Civil Engineering) combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in product development within wind power or similar industrial context
• Preferably experience with tagline systems used during lifting operations of heavy components in onshore/offshore environments
• Has experience as a Solution Owner and Technical Leadership
• Possess the ability to convert theory into practice and vice versa
• Is self-driven, motivated, engaged to solve difficult technical challenges through innovation and cooperation with a global team.
• Has a systematic and well-organized approach, maintains solid oversight of projects and is able to make calculated decisions based on knowledge and risk.
• Contribute to clear communication among stakeholders
