Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a leading financial services company to assist them in their search for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London based team. This role will support across front, middle and back office recruitment for UK & EMEA at all levels.Responsibilities:

• Ownership of end-to-end permanent, FTC and contractor recruitment processes
• Employer branding
• Ownership of graduate and internship recruitment
• Relationship building with key stakeholders, understanding hiring needs
• Maintenance of ATS
• Support on ad-hoc projects

Experience:

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Expert in relationship building with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience using Workday is preferred
• Exposure to early careers/graduate recruitment
• Strong attention to detail
