• Experience: Proven experience in hospitality recruitment role.
• Mindset: Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Fourth ATS desirable) and recruitment tools.
• Cultural Fit: Collaborative spirit, passion for hospitality, and aligning with ETM’s values of quality and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including FOH, BOH, Management, and Head Office support roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize multiple channels to source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, assess cultural fit and build diverse talent pipelines while proactively sourcing passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding and a top tier Brand Experience throughout.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain recruitment administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; track metrics and produce recruitment reports.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to attract a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive hiring process
