You engage with clients:

• Develop & maintain a healthy, strong and trustworthy relationship with your clients (e.g. the companies you work with).
• Search and present candidates on their open positions.
• You advise your clients on today’s market and the best solution for their open position.
• Prospect a network of new clients.
• You negotiate terms & conditions.

You engage with candidates:

• Write vacancies and find the best candidates in the market.
• Pre-screening of CV’s.
• Thorough interviews with the candidates.
• Advise candidates on their search criteria and career.
• You follow-up the processes of your candidates at your clients.
• Offer Management and seal the deal.
