IntroductionOur partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving more than 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and organizational clients worldwide. It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on a global level.TasksIn this position, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and Tech roles
  • Consult with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and develop sourcing and diversity strategies, including internal/external, and direct sourcing/networking methods.
  • Source applicants, screen CVs, interview candidates and provide a shortlist to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding at our partner, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Negotiate candidate offers and research competitive markets and peer organizations.

Expectations

  • Previous experience in technical recruitment, whether that be in an agency or in-house role
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of complex compensation structures
  • Demonstrated experience with senior hires
  • Ideally, have experience with Workday ATS

Advantages
