In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building great teams by ensuring we have the right people in the right places. You’ll be involved in a wide range of recruitment projects, from complex tech recruitment to high-volume hiring processes in operations. As part of the Talent Team, you will play a key role in shaping how we work together to ensure a positive candidate experience while screening candidates through evidence-based methods.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage candidate communication with a focus on employer branding. • Finding, contacting and attracting qualified candidates through advertising and sourcing when necessary.
• Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Facilitate offers and employment contracts, together with hiring managers.
• Ensure that relevant KPI:s and process data are being collected and can be followed up upon.
• Proactively work with employer brand initiatives, and act as an ambassador for Oda’s and Mathem’s brand as an employer.
• When necessary, adapt time and skills to lead / assist in various recruitment projects within Mathem Sweden, Oda Norway, and Oda Group Services.
• Take part in various projects to support the business & improving ways of working within the People space.

To be successful in this role, we believe you… 🌟

• 2+ years of experience working with Talent Acquisition in high pace environments.
• Proven skills in headhunting or sourcing for complex roles (such as software engineering, logistics, and/or commercial).
• Experience coordinating end-to-end hiring processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate & collaborate successfully with different types of people.
• Fully fluent language skills in English & Norwegian, in both written and verbal communication.
