In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building great teams by ensuring we have the right people in the right places. You’ll be involved in a wide range of recruitment projects, from complex tech recruitment to high-volume hiring processes in operations. As part of the Talent Team, you will play a key role in shaping how we work together to ensure a positive candidate experience while screening candidates through evidence-based methods.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage candidate communication with a focus on employer branding. Come build the future with us!This role will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition (based in Sweden) and have the Norwegian market as the primary focus.
