As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in scaling our tech teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional engineers, developers, and IT professionals. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.Your tasks

• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand staffing needs, provide recruitment guidance, and advise on hiring best practices
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Represent the company on job fairs and internal recruiting events
• Closely collaborate with our subsidiaries to attract top talent from around the globe
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in our applicant tracking system, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to analyze hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies

Your profile

• Completed academic education at least at the Bachelor’s level (preferably with a focus on HR or IT)
• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or agency
• Familiarity with a recruitment software and/or any HRIS and profound MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high service orientation
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in English, German is a plus
