• Representing the Director of Talent & Culture
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel’s business objectives.
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and talent development to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive employee retention through innovative recognition, communication and wellbeing programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and hotel policies.
• Undertake preparatory payroll
• Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity and teamwork across all departments.
• Team leadership and development within the T&C team

Your Profile:

• Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Luxushotellerie.
• Erfahrung mit Lohnverrechnungsaufgaben von Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in bewährten HR-Praktiken.
