Candidates from both a Legal and Accountancy background will be considered and the role will offer the opportunity to work on a very experienced team with excellent opportunities for continued career progression.The Role
The team advise across a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work. They advise on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate re-structuring’s, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross border tax planning, financial services tax including asset financing, securitisations, funds and banking, real estate tax, VAT and tax disputes.The Person

• Newly Qualified to 6 years PQE from a legal or accountancy background
• CTA qualified or in process of completing qualification
• Strong commercial and intellectual understanding of the tax technical aspects of corporate transactions and tax advisory work.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills;
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for continued learning and development
