Our client, a rapidly growing multinational in the data centre and mission-critical engineering sector is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its Finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting operations across multiple jurisdictions.You will play a central role in managing the organisation’s tax affairs, ensuring compliance, identifying planning opportunities, and guiding the business through an increasingly complex international tax landscape. This is a highly visible position that works closely with senior leadership and external advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage timely and accurate corporate tax filings across all relevant jurisdictions.Advise senior management on complex tax matters and planning opportunities.Support global mobility, transfer pricing documentation, and tax audits.Monitor tax legislation and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.Mentor junior team members and support professional development.Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis on tax-related issues.RequirementsAITI/CTA qualified (or equivalent), ideally also ACA/ACCA/CIMA.Significant tax experience in a Big 4/Top 10 firm and/or multinational.Strong technical knowledge of Irish and international tax laws.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Join a dynamic, fast-paced business helping power Europe’s digital future.
