Make a Difference: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Role – BerkhamsteadAre you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? Supply Desk is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) / Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join secondary schools across Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This is your chance to support students in engaging with lessons and thriving in a positive, inclusive learning environment.Position Details:

• Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and helping students access the curriculum
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and contribute to classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary school-aged children
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different classroom settings
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
