Make a Difference: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Role – BerkhamsteadAre you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? Supply Desk is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) / Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join secondary schools across Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This is your chance to support students in engaging with lessons and thriving in a positive, inclusive learning environment.Position Details:
- Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
 - Start Date: September 2025
 - Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
 - Contract Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and helping students access the curriculum
 - Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
 - Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
 - Monitor student progress and contribute to classroom activities
 - Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and wellbeing
 
Requirements:
- Experience working with secondary school-aged children
 - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
 - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different classroom settings
 - Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
