CUBIC delivers solutions to the industrial manufacturing, maritime industry, data centers, hospitals, power plants and not least the wind industry. CUBIC’s focus has always been on quality, reliability, relationships in union with the product concepts. Recently, CUBIC has become part of Rockwell Automation.As a Team Lead for Customer Service and Shipping, you will have overall responsibility for our customer service team and shipping department. You will help ensure that our customers receive a smooth and expert service experience, from initial contact to product delivery.You will report directly to the Manager located in Denmark, Bronderslev.You will work with the team on-site.Your Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the customer service and shipping teams.
  • You will ensure high customer satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
  • You will improve logistics and delivery processes, including cooperation with external carriers.
  • You will monitor inventory and shipping to ensure punctual deliveries.
  • You will prepare goals and ongoing reporting it to management.
  • You will implement new processes to improve customer service and delivery accuracy.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • 3+ years of experience from a similar position.
  • Solid experience in customer service and shipping, in a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional management abilities with a focus on employee development and teamwork.
  • Experience in logistics, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Astructured and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
