DescriptionWe’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Team Lead to support our cross-channel activation in WPP Media Aarhus (Search, Social & Programmatic) and help drive performance for some of the most exciting brands in the Nordics. • Lead and Inspire the Activation Team:

Manage the daily operations of a cross-channel activation team in Aarhus. Coordinate and prioritize tasks in close collaboration with Client Leads, fostering a clear, focused, and supportive team environment. * Deliver Operational & Commercial Excellence:Ensure campaign setup, optimization and reporting are executed to a high standard across Search, Social and Programmatic. Act as a go-to sparring partner for your team and help solve challenges with structure and focus. * Support Specialist Development:Guide and support your team’s professional growth. Share knowledge, facilitate best practices, and help them stay up to date on tools, platforms and trends. * Being a Strong People Leader:Work closely with Client Leads and clients to ensure activation efforts align with strategic goals. Participating in meetings, follow up on feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of both deliverables and collaboration.Who Are You

• Experienced Digital Marketer: 4+ years’ experience in digital activation (Search, Social, Programmatic) with at least 1 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the landscape.
• Expertise in Biddable Platforms: Strong knowledge of biddable platforms and performance marketing principles.
• Leadership Potential: You have experience coordinating or mentoring team members – and a strong ambition to grow into leadership. You are a natural motivator who thrives on developing and supporting others.
• Client-Centric: You have experience in working closely with large clients.
• Structured and Proactive: You are operationally sharp, an expert in campaign processes, resource allocation, and prioritization. You take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Data-driven and Innovative: You have a keen eye for data, a passion for innovation, and a constant drive for continuous improvement.
