We are recruiting Team Managers to join our assessment service.Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Work professional with a passion for making a difference to children’s lives? Supported by your Assistant Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, supervising and supporting social workers in the management of cases, stepping in where needed to achieve positive outcomes for our children and their families and ensuring the welfare of our children and young people is prioritised.Children matter in Medway, and so do you. You will be joining an experienced and dedicated Social Work team who have relationship and strengths-based work with children and families at the core of their practice.We have posts available in our Assessment service.Candidates will be offered a competitive basic salary between £48,696 and £52,959 per annum dependant on your experience, and the potential to earn up to £62,959 per year when market premiums and retention are applied.Join us and #Make a Difference…Our OfferWe are proud to offer a range of benefits including –

About You

• You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification eg. Degree in Social Work, PGC in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent and be registered with Social Work England.
• You will have successfully completed your ASYE
• You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
