We are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to make a tangible impact on our flagship ERP product, Control Edge.What You’ll DoAs a Team Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your team’s success, focusing equally on leadership, people development, and operational excellence. You’ll lead a distributed product development team across Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö, Göteborg) and Romania, ensuring they thrive in a well-structured and engaging environment.At our company, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our team consists of talented people working within the whole development chain from A to Z of our products in Control Business Line, consisting of; Control Edge, PX, IM & Effectplan. You will lead a team of various roles such as software developer, software architect, UX, business analyst and infrastructure engineer. In this role you will report to our Head of Product & Development for the Control business line, .Your main responsibilities will be:People Leadership:Drive people related processes in your team, such as recruitment, performance development and employee engagement.Coach individuals to help them grow and excel in their roles and reach their full potential.Drive communication and translate business strategies & OKR:s to concrete plans for your team.Create a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive Operational Excellence:Develop and drive work methods, ensuring they align with business goals and foster productivity.Improve and implement processes that enhance efficiency and quality across the teams.
