Job description
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed performance targets.
Monitor store or regional KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product presentation.
Coordinate training sessions and ensure all team members understand product knowledge and sales techniques.
Report sales data and team performance to senior management regularly.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing or promotional campaigns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Uphold company values, sustainability goals, and brand ethos.Requirements:Proven experience in retail or sales management, ideally within eyewear or lifestyle brands.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Sales-driven with a passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of eyewear or sports performance accessories is a plus.
understanding cyckling demands and needs of professional teams is plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Fluency in english is preferred.
