Your new roleTimesheet management of the personnel: updating / uploading hours to SAP /Creating utilization table and overtime reportContinuous cost controlling for the team accounts and cost center including updating the overview lists, corrections
Tool rental administration and coordination
Preparing / ellaborating statements for service jobs
Ordering services and indirect supply
Coordinating inhouse Power Academy Trainings – organizing training schedules, managing the enrollment, coordinating with trainers/facilitators, maintaining records of training activities, acting as a liaison between employees, management, and training providersWhat you’ll need to succeedProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel required,
SAP experience preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Project support – Proactive and can-do attitude; able to prioritize tasks and balance workload
Having an analytical mindset with an eye for detail
Confident collaboration in a diverse cultural environment
